@@Ana-lj9jb yeah, kyuushou was the 2nd herrscher originally. She received a half of second herrscher core before the DLC Fire moth took place. But because her body was not strong enough to accept the second herrcher core, Walter, the first herrcher handed over the first herrcher core to her so that Kyuushou could wake up from a coma. However, even though the core of the second Herrscher was removed, Kyuushou's connection to the sirin was not lost. But she at GGZ officially became the first herrscher and not bronya.
