So much so that vast state resources need to be spent on keeping him in Jail. The vast majority of the corrupt political figures dive straight into the Washing Machine Tub on the slightest pressure from the agencies or fight back using pressure tactics of their own within the states of their own influence. The fact that the top leadership of just ONE political party has stood firm and not buckled is overwhelming evidence that they have done no wrong and hence are not scared. Just because the provisions of the PMLA make it impossible to get bail, doesn't establish guilt of the accused.
