Hours After NATO Ally Threatens Netanyahu Arrest, Palestine Statehood Move | Norway, Spain, Ireland

Norway, Spain and Ireland have announced that they will officially recognise Palestine as an independent state on May 28. The announcement, made separately by Prime Ministers of each country, was part of a joint effort between the three countries. Israel reacted sharply to the move as it ordered its ambassadors in Norway and Ireland to return and also threatened Spain of a similar action. Watch this video for more information.

Thank you to these three countries for showing some backbone. I suspect more countries in the coming weeks particularly those from the west will start to say enough is enough. Hamas is indeed not innocent in this and needs to pay for its crimes but what the IDF is doing has gone beyond simply special military operations and borders on extermination and starvation. That coupled with the video recently released of Netanyahu years back admitting to taking advantage of American and western support for its many mini invasions against Gaza and you have a case of a group that thinks they can act in any way it deems necessary for security when none is afforded to the citizens of Gaza.
