It's funny you should point out that the title is generic. It is in english but because the title is the same in Japan it stands out because they used a foreign english word for the title of their movie.

Hausu was Released in the US in 1977. I saw it at Beacon Manor Mall Theatre in Alexandria Va.. There was even a Review of the Movie on TV without which I would not have had My Attention Drawn to it I enjoyed it Immensely.

I'm hoping to make a sequeal to House and create a backstory, before the girls got into the house, or do like after the girls got killed and then americans 40-50 years later comes to the same haunted house to discover the real truth behind the deaths.
