We, at our home, keep receiving mail sent to our father, who died in 2019! I personally went to the city clerk and made sure his and our mom’s names were removed from the voter roll. I respectfully disagree with this statement. I say, "Every illegitimate vote by a noncitizen "dilutes" the vote of every legal citizen of that State. The Constitution provides every legitimate citizen a vote, not more than a vote, not less than a vote.
