I'm surprised too. I'm a civil engineer and constructor. Here in Nigeria we favour a somewhat central yet inconspicuous part of a hallway or sometimes kitchen/ store. Why's the exterior kitchen referred to as "dirty kitchen"?

Nasukat ko floor area ng bahay nyo maliit lang, 132 sq.m. lang ang main house at yung balcony + garage ay 42sq.m. lang more or less. So kung contractor 132sq.m.X35k per sq.m. = 4.620M plus balcony and garage 42sqm X 10k per sq.m. = 420k. Plus gastos pa sa mga bakod etc. = 5.2M nga ang total.
