Very interesting! Your vid popped up randomly. I have same business in Norway. It’s an exciting business to be in, especially when you find gems. I had one woman last week clear out 28 liverpool shirts dating back from 1984. +300 old Toy cars. She paid us to clear out as it’s too Much hassle! We’re opening up a shop like yours. Hi there, just found your channel from my "suggestions". Liking the content so far, but was hoping for a bit more with this video? Yes you showed the dumping of the stuff, but not how you tackle the actual clearing of the house. I hoped you'd show the process/methods for clearing each room and the order you do things? I have my own to do and really need tips haha. Thanks again mate, and let Big Anna know she's in good company with me... I'm born and bred in Wakefield, so not far from her original turf ;-)

hi fatabelly: i've worked on clearances and still work in buildings maintenance, today. thanks for your question: here's my top tips for "actual clearing": 1. you are better off with a team approach (notice steptoe and mum employ 3 or 4 guys) 2. be prepared (for a serious clearance, you are gonna need strong bags, or/and empty boxes, lite rubber gloves and overalls) 3. separate in stages (and be ruthless)... notice steptoe and mum separate metal, wood and plastics. 4. have the right tools for the job... (i always have an electric vac, brushes, dust mask, goggles, small pliers and a few screw drivers on standby) 5. dont get overwhelmed... if you dont have the luxury of a vast army of workers, realize a clearance can take a few days (or longer) 6. pace yourself, take proper breaks... 7. make it fun : i do "before" and "after" photos for friends and family, so you feel a sense of achievement.. :) (just remember u need permission to take photos and film if it's not your property). money saving tip: if you cant afford skips or big vans, but u do have access to wheelie bins (which u pay for), all you need is saws, tools and a workbench, to start cutting down waste. (i am doing this at the moment with some large screen tvs...) if you're lucky enough to have a circular saw or angle grinder, even a dremel drill, you'll find this doesnt take too long... just use common sense and fit the correct saw for the job). there's many a good tutorial about correct operation of saws on youtube. stay safe, live long, have fun.

My rubbish tip in Sudbury Suffolk told me with paints to use cat litter to dry it out first then bring it down. I used free sawdust from work to dry out loads of old paint in my grandparents house.

Make sure you drill a hole in the Conker as it’s the oils inside that the spider 🕷 doesn’t like 👍🏻

i seperate the wood - put it in yard. take a wood load in. as cheaper paying 100 a ton for wood here and 160 a ton for mixed. dear got a skip in yard for the rubble now tho saves me on the fucking fuel!! keep it up lads!!💪💪💪
