Yes, he needs to make videos and talk about what he is doing and why. I am getting ready to do my first demo and that's why I am watching this video to see how I should go about it. Also maybe talk about all the stuff you need to do before you can even knock down the first brick, like permits and what the health department issues you will have to take care of.

Wow! Made a big booboo. I was expecting a cellar and the JD 85 went in. Quite dangerous! As a European I'm used to brick and mortar houses. Seeing houses like this makes me think they a tinder boxes. If a fire starts nothing is left. The appendage on the crane with which he can pick up stuff I have seen a lot In videos like this but never in Europe.

Yes. Ben is a great operator and would do well on KZbin. Personally, I feel sad when I see old Homes demolished, as there must be a lot of memories destroyed. Imagine the stories they could tell. Someone has to do it though and this is not a criticism of Ben.

Around here you have to fill in these wells with proper fill or gravel and the county will check it out. If you do it wrong you have to dig it all out and do it properly so our water sources aren't being contaminated. Just sayin! J.R.

My buddy demo's. What he does is offers the house to the fire department for training. They burn to ground eliminating lots of weight. You might try that?
