Nice finishes. I would do a barn door on that room leading to the laundry area because the door is basically on the counter shelves already when opened and the cooktop moved to the right where there’s a wall for a back splash.

How does the front right side bedroom in the first floor stands ? Isn't it overhang, without a pillar how the bedroom stands. The ground is empty space for some car parking.

Sin ser arquitecto pero si apasionado de la arquitectura va mi análisis: 1. Neta, el único acceso llegando en coche es por el cuarto de lavado o bien te sales a la calle y luego ya entras por la entrada acceso principal (quien diseño eso, despedido). No tiene sentido que no esté comunicada la cochera con la entrada principal. 2. Jamás voy a entender por qué tienes que atravesar la cocina con los calzones sucios para llegar al cuarto de lavado. Fin!
