I would expand a little bit the floor area by a few meters to add space on the kitchen and the dining area. Thanks for posting this. I have definitive idea of what my next house would look like.

Thank you. great concept! keep on uploading :) I will do some modifications like: 1. add a lanai next to the dining area (need to adjust the stairs) 2. convert the space below stairs into storage. 3. add small T&B for masters bedroom 4. use more large windows for natural lighting. 5. I will definitely convert the ground floor BR into an office or library.
