Exquisite 1st floor esp. the kitchen. It's so streamlined and clean! It makes it more practical! The living room is divine as well as the dining room. Love the deck with the grassy area and bushes. I would love to grill some steak or chicken or fresh fish there! lol Wow! I love the 2nd floor! So spacious and splendid. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The rooms are so spacious. Especially the masters bed room. I have to buy this home! Great job! 👍👊

I Love this almost all-white concept with a clean design choice, I watched your videos from the last 3 to 5 years if am not wrong from when you add a cat in your videos and you constantly improve and bring something new to the table and always add ariel shot/design plans from which I know the design of the house which is my fav part, many others didn't add that than what the logic to watch, anyways you did well, keep it up, bro.

Arquitectura, diseño y decoracion muy limpia y agradable, excelentes combinaciones de acabados, lo unico que yo acomodaria seria la ventana del baño de visita a la entrada de la casa del lado izquierdo ya que esa ventana tiene un ante pecho algo bajo, yo lo pondria a 1,65m. del piso y listo todo lo demas esta muy bien ubicado para ese espacio de 8 x 18 metros, felicidades !

Interesting design. One suggestion, think there is some space wastage on the ground floor. There could have been a small bedroom on the ground floor and the laundry could be shifted in front of the dining space.

Nice design but need to be more ergonomic, a lot of space in the stairs are not in use…remember is not only exhibition there are people that going to stay and they need places to keep them staffs.

Péssima solução com relação à cozinha "integrada" à área externa/serviço (vamos receber amigos num churrasco em frente ao tanque, Bro?). No andar superior, seria melhor três suítes e um pequeno espaço para home office. Salvo isso, o design está muito bom! Parabéns!

No me gusta , esd emasiado minimalista, terraza inutilizable, el espacio de la escalera totalmente desaprovechado, exceso de armarios, al baño de la planta baja hay que entrar en posición, ganaría mucho con una pequeña fuente de agua en el jardin... ni siquiera he visto un frigorifico en la cocina.

para empezar hay a muchas personas que les gusta la terraza así, porque no es necesario que salgan de la habitación principal, el baño en planta baja es chico por que es un medio baño para los invitados que llegues a tener, además lo de no encontrar frigorífico en la cocina deberías buscar el concepto de electrodomésticos panelables, que son electrodomésticos que se les ponen paneles idénticos a los armarios, y lo de el fregadero afuera entiendo que es para lavar cosas que no quieres meter en tu cocina, como lavar los calzados, para preparar ahí cosas para el asado, lavar cosas como como la carne, los chorizos, en general para limpiar cosas que son muy sucias o no quieres que tu cocina se quede toda embarrada
