House Design in Detail: 2 Storey A-Frame House/Cabin in the forest

Cabin in the hills, casual medium sized hillside retreat for relaxing, escaping (the busy life) and swimming. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a gigantic flexible 2nd floor/loft incase you have many guests, a bright main living room, dining room and kitchen space. This house lets you re-connect with nature through its vantage points all around the house which helps you lower your stress hormone levels. Large openings lets you feel the mountain breeze even inside this home. And on the exterior, a large hangout areas on both ends, a deck near the common areas, and a pool near the sleeping areas. Hello, this particular house is around 200 sqm of space, we can get an estimated cost from 30-35k per sqm to 40-45k per sqm depending on material preference. So if you'd want to build a 50sqm version of this house, it would cost you around 1.5M to 2.25M.

Hello po, depende po usually sa floor area at material cost, this house specifically is around 200sqm. if we base it on a Php 35k per sqm (which is the current standard ballpark cost), it would be around Php 7M.

The render has serious lighting problems that create a false atmosphere, why do they need to have all the interior lights on in broad daylight? Does the design have problems with natural lighting? Improve light and shadows. It looks very bad for a render from 2024, it looks like a render from 2005
