I think what you called an eagle's nest is technically a 'widow's walk' since it's a coastal house - the idea being that's where a wife would pace while watching the sea for their sailor husband to return. Great flips brother!

7:08 I would've had one at the bottom of the stairs and a switch at the top of the stairs. You can turn on the lights to get downstairs, but then turn them off for the movies.
