House Flipper 2 is a VERY Broken Game!
It's unfortunate that I needed to make this video because House Flipper 2 is a lot of fun but when there are big issues that will block your progression in a game that isn't early access and has quite a high price tag for what it is then I will no longer play that game and it's not just the issue I had, other players are having their progress completely wiped, the game keeps crashing, not loading and some people are even experiencing their computer restarting on its own just for trying to play the game. I really hope the developers can fix it soon for players to enjoy the game but that's me done with it at least for the foreseeable future. I've been gaming since the age of 3 and ended up making it my career, that is how I came up with the name Born 2 Game. I am a gamer that loves playing all types of games from shooting and racing games to strategy and simulation.

It's the IRS taking their "fair share" of your money. Game is hyper realistic.

House Flipper 1 had way more furniture which is way better than what's in 2. No bugs for me as of yet but after flipping and selling a house at auction it's a bit anti climatic so it's gotten to be boring for me now. I find more joy in watching other people build in there on YT

I even have a bug at the first house which is not letting me leave the level even if i am done by 3 stars

So far my only glitch has been that I when moved my office to another house, I couldn’t find the laptop computer. Not in the new house and not in the old house. I looked everywhere multiple times, inside and outside of both houses. I ended up starting a new game. When I moved my office again the computer didn’t go to the new house but at least it was still in the old house. As of right now I’ve decided to gut my original Peacy house and completely redo the whole house. Hopefully eventually I’ll be able to move office WITH the computer. In the meantime I’m still otherwise able to enjoy the game.

I loved house flipper so has a count down for this game and im disappointed. I’ve been off for Christmas for a few days and I’ve completed all the jobs now so that side of the game play is boring and useless now and the house design side. There’s almost nothing? No carpet, not many rugs, no blinds or curtains, I wanted a lot more small details for this game and it feels like it was skipped right now. If I knew how little was in the game I wouldn’t have bought it. I understand it will have future updates but considering I’ve spent £30 on this right now I’m disappointed

No bugs or problems here, not even with money. My only bitch is there no do-over button or key, if you make or mistake, and the before and after being removed from the game really sucks. But, everything else works!

I notice the manual save doesn't work. example you save it before you log off it wont save. Same thing happened to me, I save manually with 11,000+ and when I login it was back to like 7,000+. So the game last save was the last auto save they have.

Mine crashes so much. I went through all the suggestions online to fix it and nothing helps.

Sadly i can tell you, Frozen Distric will not fix the issue whit the game, we on console have a Huge problem whit farm dlc it crash and crash all rhe time, and Frozen Distric dont care they dont fix the problem, i just deside to not play farm dlc anymore, but we cant delete that dlc, from console, and i will not buy HF2 before they fix all problem in farm crash and HF2, and i know they never will, they are going ful jerks to costumer

50 hours in game and apart from the awful search function, I’ve not encountered a single significant bug.

I know it's a annoyance, but you could just use cheat engine to correct your money balance to what you believe is correct, it's not really cheating your let's play, because that was your real earnings.

I just don’t want to have to keep an eye on my money all the time, I’m going to leave it for now and see what happens going forward. I don’t really want to continue either way with people saying they’re losing progress after hours of effort put into things. Hopefully the developers fix issues like that soon and I’ll see what happens then 👍

Why cheat code for something you allready gain in the game, just to get it back after log out, that make no sence, the game is broken, Frozen Distric have to fix it, and they wont, they got your money, i know from farm dlc on console, all houses you buy crash every 10sec. And they have not fixed the problem yet. So sorry for all who have problem whit the game on pc as well on console. My trust in Frozen District crashed whit Farm dlc for console

I think you're right. House Flipper 2 is a brilliant game - in principle. In practice... well, not so much, but the potential is absolutely there in what we have so far. The gameplay (I'm not sure that's quite the correct term) is very addictive to anyone with a spark of creativity. But these technical issues render the whole exercise unstable and potentially redundant. I'm sure the developers are aware of the myriad issues users have been reporting, but this is a bad time of the year to expect an immediate response. I hope after the holidays are over the devs can get to work with a few hotfixes and a much larger overall patch to address the most egregious problems. Like you, I'm setting this title aside for a while - I just don't want enjoyment of what it has to offer to be ruined by a glitchy software.

They don’t talk to anyone about the issues. They put out an update for the game and fixed none of the biggest issues people have reported and I don’t think any of it will be fixed for a while if they pay attention to the Steam discussions because of the holidays

I'm sorry about the bad experience you've had. Come back in about 6 months - the issues will probably be sorted by then. It being the Christmas holidays, when everyone's away, definitely doesn't help matters...
