Great build and with no mods. Sofas are the worst. I think the top floor in this house is the most difficult to deal with. I like your solution and the balcony is so perfect. Wonder what you did with the grave. I usually put large shrubs around it.

After burying, you can sell the grave, like anything else in the game. You can't sell the coffin, unfortunately, so be careful where you dig!

Actually, this is the only build I've made without any custom content, and I made sure to mention it in the video title (NO MODS)! Those items might be from DLCs you don't have, which is why you haven't seen them before.
