Only olxoman is there, he'll ask you resident card, 12 PDC cheques and will make u fill a form that's it. Also in most of the buildings there is a number of the maintenance person given he'll show u the flat and will inform the owner.

Hii, The offer is good if accomodation is provided by company because children’s educational cost is high here. For location, you can prefer Al Khuwair, baushar or Qurum area for your accomodation since this areas will be nearby! Also you can try searching for flats in Ruwi area (if you want to go for little far but reasonable flats)

Rent for a villa will be expensive in the Muscat city and will differ from place to place.. you can be specific about the location so that it will be easy for us to comment an approximate rental figure for that location.. people normally prefer renting property near there work place however some good locations in muscat city for family are Qurum, Al Khuwair, al Mouj, Darsait, Azaiba, Seeb and so on.. The numbers of COVID are increasing just like any other country however we hear that it is mostly under control and recovery rate is also quite well.. everything is now open in Oman (FYI) accordingly you can estimate the situation here..

Hi Shally Abhishek, Your videos are really a good source of info. I would be shifting to Muscat in the next few months along with family (wife + 1 kid in class 1st). My office would be near Indian/Bangladeshi embassy near Quram area... I want to rent a 1/2 BHK in a society with Indian population and amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. Basically, I am looking for a place where my wife/kid would get a good friends circle/amenities to spend time with. We are a vegetarian family and like to live simple with mostly home food etc.. My monthly budget would be around 800-900 OMR for expenses including accommodation, food/grocery, car EMI (basic car)/petrol, kids education, entertainment and others.. Medical insurance is taken care of by company... Please guide us whether it would be manageable for us in this budget.. which area in muscat should I look at for stay... Which Indian schools could we chose from.. Or do we need to increase our budget..
