Mike Banks is one of BEST realtors you will come across. May 2023, we moved from Ontario to Edmonton, and we always watched his yt because we were looking for a house. June 1st 2024 we possessed our first home through his help. He is amazing, if you are looking to buy, I highly recommend him. He is frank and offers best advice. It really is a nice and unique home for this price point! The location is great too. It does not come furnished though and 1971 is the building age.
