Great up keep on this property, added plus for me is the tones of fruit tress. Location to where the property is looks great. And just a modern gut n update For one kitchen, open concept, maybe loose two of the bathroom n configure one space into a storage area but overall dam good property. Oh make sure who ever buys this property knows that you money affi tun up to keep up with the outside maintenance 👨‍🔧

For those criticising, I have three words... Location, Location, Location! An upgrade to this house would see a significant increase in value! Any seasoned property investor would know that!

The house was not properly designed. It's the owners dream house but it doesn't appeal to the masses. Land is available there. No need to buy this prison. People can build a better house there for less.

People don't need to live in these prisons anymore. There is bullet proof windows and wood doors with grill placed inside the wood. It's not visible. Jamaicans don't update their ugly homes that's why they are not selling. They also build too big houses. It took us 40 years to sell my parents 7 bedroom house after thet they passed. My siblings and I learn not to build big houses. High maintenance and when they age they look terrible
