Phase 4 is currently selling for 18million and the square footage is 813. Why would someone by that for 30mil? This is what they do, buy these houses although they don’t want it, and try flip them for double what they pay! Total robbery!

Go to Gore and apply for one. ITS not an easy road but If I can you can too. It's 100% cheaper at Gorehomes. I got mines for 15 because I got a bigger lot size. You just have to turn it into a palace.

Because i desperately need one because am renting a very expensive one in phoneix Park village 1 i can use the money am paying on rent for 120 thousand Jamaican dollars a month on one of those house .i would really appreciate if you could give me some information on how to go about it ASAP thanks

There's nothing wrong with buying a 30 mill house in portmore, but this one not worth 30 mill. For the next 20 years who buy this will have negative equity in the property
