And why did they flee to Poland or Germany? Millions of people live in Ukraine. Houses were sold even before the war and are being sold now. A grandmother lived in this house, she is already old and is moving to live with her daughter, so she is selling the house.

You have a lovely country I live in Felixstowe Suffolk in the UK we did have a lot of Ukrainian people here before your country was free. Looks like a clean person lived there and tryed to care for it new doors and a decent price..I'm looking for a house my I'm worried about a clear title and correct paperwork for homes there lots of scams try to sell the neighbors house..so put q what's app number in your videos and a picture of the document that tells me that you own it please

I do not sell all the houses that are on the channel. But these are all real houses. I go there and take them off. I host the Ukrainian-language channel Budget Family. There, in the description under the video, I write the number of the seller of the house, and the buyers contact him and go to see the house. No one drops documents. When you come to see the house, they will be shown to you. And when buying a house, everything is checked by a notary.

And buyers negotiate with sellers, check documents. Everything is formalized at a notary. I'm not a realtor. In Ukraine, many people were left homeless. I am looking for houses for sale, they are all real houses with documents. But not everyone can drive, for example, 500 km. look at the house That's why I make videos. And then viewers in Ukraine will understand better about the house. If they like it, then they go to see and check the documents. I do not check documents, I only show houses for sale.
