Nice property, but the bedrooms, in fact all the rooms are tiny. I still don't understand why some of the properties in the D.R, especially Casa Linda have so much land area but the properties are so small, I just don't understand.

No idea Mike. I guess different strokes for different folks. These people picked the lot and then their villa model. Everyone to their own 🤷‍♂️ - oh also, we live Outside 80% of the times when awake. So indoor living space is less important if you have outdoor living space. Hard to understand when you live in the UK but makes sense when you live here. Hope that helps. 👍

What's the $ per sqft. Also, can structural alteration be made in Casa Linda?

In the $250 range including lot. You can make structural changes in Casa Linda, but you do need to get approvals from the admin.
