It is such a nice house but it is a shame there is no backyard like a lot of the houses built by developers. I would buy the blueprint of the house though so I can build this same house on a bigger plot of land!

It is a very nice functional house. They had it built for their needs . Rooms have decent sizes. Curious on the total m2 of living area. Does it have a centralized water heater ?

Spacious but the kitchen is curiously small for the number of possible occupants of the house. The bathrooms are also small but functional, tiles are dated so needs updating….possible to tweak. How did this property fare during the Taal eruption in 2020 ?
