I like the massive gate. I also like the facade of the house as well as the garden and pool area. But I don't like the space of the living room and the bedroom, it is so small considering that the lot area is 400+. This house is also not an elderly and PWD friendly, so much stairs.

Madaling linisin ang bahay. Those stairwells around the house is a good cardio work out idea. Ha ha ha. Bawal sa mga malilit na bata , senior citizens with mobility issues and PWDs due to these elevated areas.

Except for the master bedroom, all the other bedrooms are pretty small considering the size of the house. So is the living room which might better called the den.

I love the house but, like almost all the comments, it’s not for a senior like me. Too many stairs, except for the master bedroom, the rest are all tiny! But as i said, i love how you presented it. I really enjoy owner's built houses like this one kasi you get to see the personality of the one who lives in the house. You don't have to like every or most elements because *gasp* people are different and houses are too. I just really dislike when people go on a tirade about the things they did not like in the house. "Bakit ganito?" "Bakit walang ganyan?" The answer is: because the owner wanted it that way. And if you find something you don't like then maybe this house is not for you. The point of the house tour is to showcase the house to the potential buyer. Sometimes that potential buyer is you, sometimes it is not. Don't expect EVERY house to cater to your wants and needs.

I like this house, its design, layout, structures, materials and furnishings. Few comments lang: 1. The lot area and building spaces are more than adequate, but the rooms are too limited or small, except for the masters bedroom which is more than adequate. 2. The back building adjacent to the pool could well be developed into a guest house with 2 rooms, or a staff house maybe. 3. Allow more natural air and light to come into the rooms. I don't like heavy draperies, rather open the windows and let the air and light to come in. PVC blinders could be installed for privacy. 4. There are so many steps in-between spaces? It's not elderly or kid-friendly actually, and are prone to accidents. Otherwise, this is a great modern-tropical structure with the right price tag (value for money).

I didn't like the floor plan until she mentioned that it's meant as a bachelor's pad. It's actually priced reasonable considering the lot area and the architecture of the house.

Probably the reason the rooms are small is that you are not gonna spend most of your time inside but outside where your gardens and the pool are. Man the plants and trees are just so relaxing. Maybe ill also sleep outside where the pool is at siesta time. Nice house with all the good amenities and luxurious design especially for that price and inside a very secure subdivision.

The living room is very small, it looks like a tv nook. Anyone sitting near the window will have have to walk in front of others sitting on the sofa to step out, blocking their view of the English subtitle on the Korean drama. That would be unnecessarily annoying for a P35M house living room.

Such a beautiful house with good design and color, however, the living area and bedroom 1 and 2 are too small, the lot area is more than 300 sqm, it should be done better to have more space. By the way, I like your beauty Grace!

If you're below 50 years old, this bachelor's home will keep you fit, healthy, and strong. I love the masculine aesthetics and energy efficient rooms. You don't need too much airconditioner with the size of the rooms; especially if you're just going to sleep in them and work from home by the pool gazebo. 😉

The house in general is actually really nice. I also like the layout and the elements added to it, the wall claddings and the colors. The living room however is really not meant for entertaining guests sonce it’s too cramped. Too much space was wasted for the very high ceiling of the carport. Has they gone for a lower ceiling for the carport, the space would have been utilised for a more spacious living room. Even the double height ceiling for the living room could’ve been cut down to a normal height and the space will be used for more space for the bedrooms. In conclusion, thin house is not ideal for families with little kids because of the non open floor area. You gotta keep your eyes on those little hands. It will be a suitable house for a group of friends or grown up siblings pr a family with grown up kids.
