The person, ultimately responsible for those 13 deaths, was held accountable and was voted out of office in November 2020. Do I believe he should be held criminally responsible for abandoning 130,000 US civilians to the terrorist group he had surrendered to? Yes, I think he should be charged criminally. Just add the charge onto the other 88 he is facing.
