Kudos po sir sa sipag at tiyaga nyong mamahagi ng expertise and knowledge nyo ho sa structural engineering. hindi pa po nagsisimula ung video niu na papanoorin ko ay naka-like na ko. ang maisusugest ko lang sir since medyo may kahabaan ang videos nyo ay maglagay po kayo ng timestamp especially kung multiple subtopics ang nasa video nila. nawa'y pagpalain pa kayo ng poong may kapal sa efforts ninyo at patuloy po kayo sa pagseshare ng mga kaalaman ninyo.

Sir, tanong ko lang, ang footing tie beam ba nilalagay lang natin para hindi maging slender ang column? At paano ba natin denidesign ang FTB? At kung mayroon na tayong FTB safe na ba, base on your experience, na yo'ong footing natin sa axial load na lang ng column natin e design?

Sir, sa dead load natin, ang wall/partition ba na nakapatong sa suspended slab, paano ba natin sya inaapply sa slab? kinucompute lang ba ang total wt ng wall at dinidivide sa area ng slab, then yon na ang wall load na binubuhat ng slab, aside sa iba pang dead load na binubuhat ng slab?

Meron admixture nilalagay dyan especially kung severe condition like ocean sites. It will reduce water penetrations in concrete. Try to inquire sika products from big hardwares. Ask them also about mixing proportions per bag of cement. Kung ready-mixed walang problem they will include it medyo mas expensive lang compare to regular concrete mix. I hope that helps, Thanks

Good day sir. Sir ask po, ano po ba usually ginagawa pag matubig ang foundation? Let say bungalow lang po ang gagawin.

Oversize mo yung excavation enough to have a room for sump pump during pouring. Pag naka pwesto na ang concrete hindi naman yan gagalaw kasi mas mabigat. Another good idea is to make form work around it. Then after at least 3days pwede na e-dismantle para mag backfill. I hope that helps

There is no quick answer. But in my experience without computing and knowing the actual soil condition, the minimum requirement should be 16mm spaced at 250 mm both ways. Thanks
