I think the homeowners policy they had on the property while renovating it should cover the replacement of the air conditioner and the interior damage. If they didn't purchase insurance during the remodel they weren't being very smart.

I love watching Fixer and Upper; Jo & Chip do the reno mit full enthusiasm, and put so much love in their work. A couple who is very in love and has a harmonious family . And they kind of bless the house upon endorsement with a good spirit which make it a home . They seem to do it with passion not only got money

Sure, but these two were once in love, too, and had a lengthy marriage and two kids to show for it. However, not everything is forever, unfortunately. People grow and move on, and it's better to be divorced than be together and scream at one another all the time - especially with two young kids thrown into it. However, Tarek and Christina seem to be doing very well, considering. They both seem mature enough to continue the show together, despite the divorce while also co-parenting.
