Hi Skye… I can tell you are in a pain… the rocking back and forth tells a lot. I am so deeply sorry you had to go through this. When people say they are going to have “shoulder surgery”…I almost cry for them. My husband gets upset with me…. BUT until you have had that painful surgery you can not comprehend. I pray many times a day for you sweet girl! I know what you are facing. I know that pain and exhaustion from “ that pain”. I love Sarah’s channel ! She has amazing taste and finds amazing items! She is so sweet ! Another calming soul I enjoy watching! Amy Fritz is another one, I have been “binge watching” her channel … another sweet soul! I can't understand how you sell the cute items but are always out of stock, and all the exquisite furniture pieces, except for your lovely bed, aren't in your own home? Love these pieces. Don't you? Or are your wholesale prices still too expensive for you? I can understand. We owned a 5th family furniture store that covered and filled an entire city block, in our town. But even the wholesale furniture pieces were extravagant! And none of us could change all our entire homes with new furniture pieces every season. Not that we always wanted to, but it was nice furnishing our homes with the finest pieces for decades. And we live in US's Furniture State! Sadly, we all knew when it was time to finally close the doors. So now, my grown children have incredible pieces we have stored and saved to gift them! We kept one of our main businesses and It was our Real Bread n Butter money maker so my sons are part of a large family owned manufacturing company as fifth generation owned family businesses in the Southeast! That's a better Gift above All! Keep your best selling items IN STOCK!!!

Hi Danna! Appreciate the feedback. We do try our best to keep our best selling items in stock at all times. There are two major issues when considering inventory levels: 1) We are completely at the liberty of our vendors who are still reeling from the supply chain issues brought on by Covid. Sometimes we may order 50 of an item and receive 6. Other times we may order seasonal items months before they are to launch and not receive them until well after the intended season (which happened a ton this year). 2) We typically launch nearly 75 new product each and every month. Some items we get large quantities of and others we have smaller quantities. Being a very small business, we can’t afford to have product sit around forever, we simply don’t have the space or cash flow to do it. If we swing and miss (as we did with some seasonal items), we can easily sit on $10k-$15k worth of product that is seasonally irrelevant or just unpopular. These kinds of mistakes can make it incredibly hard to pay rent and our employees, let alone try to make any money. We take our financial responsibilities very seriously and would rather run out of an item and then restock it, than have tens of thousands of dollars worth of product that sits and collects dust and drains our business bank account. In regards to our furniture, we absolutely love the pieces. We created the partnership with our furniture vendor after moving in to our new home in October and almost completely furnishing it. We have plans to add several pieces to our home as we redo spaces (and as our children get older). We currently have 3 kids that are 7 years old and below. We have to be very cognizant of the furniture and finishes that we use in our home. For instance, our kitchen table currently has stains all over it from paint that the kids found in their art supplies and decided to help themselves to. It’s not washable. Our middle son, God bless is heart is somehow the sweetest, yet most destructive child in the world 😂 He has broken countless dressers, beds and chairs in our home. So, the nice expensive furniture will have to wait a little longer until he’s a little older. Thanks for your support and understanding! ❤️
