I had an apt with a sink with a cabinet in the bedroom, so two people can get ready at one time, the bathroom also had a sink and a toilet, then a separate door for the bathtub and you can get to the bathtub from the room or through the door in the hallway, pass the toilet and sink then open the door from that side to the bathtub

Happy house/home hunting, it is good that both of you are doing it together, which will eventually make you both happy. In most of videos that I have watched which features husbands and wives, the wife is the one that does most of the talking. Hi Atti & Liz, Happy house hunting. It's a pain in the neck but at the same time it's fun....Some of my hubby's relatives have moved to London from Canada thinking it would be better than Canada....What an experience they had like the both of you are experiencing....They ended up moving outside of London and they're loving it....They also had to purchase a bigger fridge and dryer....The living in Canada and London is the same situation....Yes, they put you through what is called a stress test in Canada....You have tp pay first/last/and a deposit....But don't give up because God has a bigger and better plan for you both....By the way Atti you're looking very handsome and you're looking quite studious in your glasses....Liz you're glowing as usual....I look forward to your next blog....God bless you both....Take care!♥♥♥

What you need for bigger rooms and bathtub/shower is a house. Houses are expensive. Flats with big rooms are also expensive. The price varies depending on the area you choose. As a mix couple some people are very reserved as to who they let their property to. Atti would stand a better chance going alone, when offered invite you along. This is what it is. They are cheaper areas in London. Try an Estate Agent who does lettings. Would be more helpful. Good luck. Use words like not what I'm looking for, built up area, not enough headspace for my husband. (British wording)

The London metropolitan area has high rents. In Germany you even hafto dress up well when meeting the landlords, otherwise they could dismiss you. When moving in, we hafto pay caution money of 2 months' rent. That way, you cant hepa without paying 😂. All the best to you two ❤❤❤

It would be more economical to look for a 2 bed slightly out of London like in Kent or Essex areas. I saw you ventured into Greenwich. Probably a little further like Barking, Dagenham, Romford,n South Ockenden, Greenhithe and Gravesend areas may be more affordable with more space. They have excellent transport links to London too. Good luck with your search.

That’s why everybody moving out of London I was living in Heathrow and working in Heathrow and there was a broke woman. I just could afford rent plus all the bills are used to have to live on my overdraft. I’m telling you the struggle is really in London so I have to move out of London. I live all the way up in Yorkshire, the rooms are much better. The kitchens are much bigger and the rent is more affordable but the only thing the job is hard to find up here..

Rent is expensive here in the States also. Just like you said the farther out you move the cheaper it becomes!!! And also as Atti explained renting is the same process here in the states, they check your background to make sure you are not a criminal!!!! (Black American 🇺🇸)

Hi Liz and Atti, I don't wish to be you. Yes Liz in big cities when you looking for property. First they will do credit check, you submit your 3 months bank statement, salary slip and your ID. Then the first month you pay a deposit which is equivalent to your monthly rental. The deposit is kept in a trust account as it secures the damage to property but if there was no damage caused by the time you leave you get your deposit back with interest

Hi Liz. Thank you so much for your video. I live in London and I resonate with what you were saying about housing in London. Transport and housing is very expensive and even buying a house and the monthly mortgage is expensive. I'll soon be looking to move too....please pray for me to find a lovely affordable place in a lovely neighbourhood even on the outskirts of London. We also have to consider the travelling to and from work or if there are jobs&good schools in areas one will be looking to move to.

The US here...same issue. Rent and Mortgages are crazy expensive here. Along with everything else. I will say we have large spaces, window screens, and full size refrigerators. Washers and Dryers. The homes in London are too tiny and old! Inflation in the western world is a worldwide phenomenon. Good luck on your search!

1250 pounds in our currency here in Zambia it's K40000. It can pay my rentals for 2 years and 1 month. The house we live in is 3 bedroom, kitchen, Livingroom, dining room,self contained main bedroom,the house has tiles, ceiling board and wall fence as well... Life that side is expensive.
