Hi guys! I forgot to add that I checked 2 other apartments but I couldn't get clips of them. So in total that's 15 apartments. I used different agents but I have one that's very reliable. If you need his contact let me know in the comment section. Every agent charges an inspection fee separate from what you will pay for the house. It ranges from N3,000 - 5,000

I’ve been watching a lot of these videos about house hunting in Abuja and I’m just exhausted from watching. You go through 20 houses before you find one good one.. I really like Abuja and thinking about residing there, but I can’t do the going in and out of dirty homes like that.. Will they send you pictures so you can pick the one you want to visit beforehand?

Honestly, the entire house hunting process is very exhausting! But you have to go through it cause thats how you'll get a house. Yes, the agents will actually send you videos but they'd rather you physically see the houses cause they'll charge you to show you these houses. Once you've paid their inspection fee then they can show you the houses via pictures and videos next time.

Lol as in! It's in Gwarinpa. Houses in gwarimpa are very over priced but the thing is the roads leading to the houses are perfect! Unlike some areas. I desperately wanted a house in gwarimpa cause it gives that estate vibe but oh well
