The outdoors are spacious and lovely. I'm with Tom. Swimming every day! Has tons of character to it. I love the ceilings and tons of space.

That’s a good family home! It’s an old house so you know that it’s good quality. But Tom’s right, it needs lots of renovation and it’s just for rent. My mom used to say it’s better to get a rent to own house instead of just renting it for a few months/years so you’ll know that your money is going somewhere and it’s for your future as well. You can also check out some houses in Carmona, it’s in Cavite but in Laguna boundary and it’s close to Manila so lots of school options for the kids.

That house is huge and the pool grounds is the best outdoor layout. I do agree with Tom that there's a lot of dated rooms to be upgraded - bathrooms and kitchen definitely! I have cousins who live in Alabang and they love it there! I hope you guys find the perfect home for your family!

Wow... that house was definitely beautiful. I would definitely remodel the bathroom and the kitchen and make the top floor area safer for the kids. I do love the pool in the backyard ❤. It looks to relaxing.

Word of advice from other people who have purchased or rented houses in the Philipppines - get it checked for termites. Houses in the Philippines have a major problem with termites and many landlords or owners try to hide it when renting or selling.

WOW WOW WOW!!! The only thing i could see that needed to be done right away was a Fence around the Pool. The Backyard for the wee children is beautiful & the area for them to play in the shade honestly its beautiful & you will make it into a Home.

They are using an old airconditioner which maybe a bit costly.If you are going to replace it with a converter it may involve patching up the area where the airconditioner is.

Hi Kito Family I have Filipino friends in UK and they said that the rent in your country is getting worst because of the big increase of rent from minimum of 16% to as high as 26%. They used to pay 900 Euro and now the landlord wanted to make it 1,400 Euro.

In Alabang most houses there are in a higher price range. And most are old houses because most people from Alabang are what we call old rich. Meaning people who own those houses are the ones whom their ancestors that are rich. That's the reason why it is an expensive home with the old style.

I am pretty sure it is so expensive, problem with the house is it is so closed up. There are so many things you guys have to do to make it at par with the modern house now because all you see are walls, not an open concept house. If they half the price then maybe it is a good choice.

The only thing nice in that house is the back garden. The rest is not. There’s so much work to be done and its very expensive in the Philippines to do renovations. inside that house. Everything is dated and the floors are so ugly, the master's bathroom is hideous. Thats not for you guys. You can find better xxx
