I'm not really a fan of exposed staircases, but the one in this house is an exception. the staircase itself is such a statement. what Julia said is actually true. kahit ako rin "nainlove" sa bahay na 'to. sobrang ganda nya! facade pa lang talagang napakaganda na, mas lalo na pagpasok sa loob. the interior and its design is impeccable. talagang pinag-isipan. I love the character and the attention to detail 🏡🖤🤍 also, I'm glad hindi na madilim yung video nyo Presello. kaya talaga lumutang din ang ganda ng bahay na to cause you didn't use that dark and gloomy filter anymore. kudos to you! kakaiba rin ang ganda ni miss Julia sa episode na to. sinabayan nya yun ganda nung bahay.

maaliwalas at may wow factor pagka pasok mo, ganda ng stairs nila, maganda yung bahay pero parang nag ang sagwa ng shape ng property. Nag pushback din sila sa mga appliances, 230M pero walang Chefs kitchen at hindi kagandahan yung T&B, so overall prepresyohan ko ito ng around 150M... hahaha

Been waiting to see this timeless beauty! I think its criminal not to put an elevator to a 3 floor mansion. Amd the kitchen floorin is unnecessary, needs to be re done with same color as the whole living floor l. Parang kinapos sa marble.

Beautiful spacious home. Team of cleaning crew for the maintenance and upkeep, For 230 m surely the future owner can afford to employ the services.The bathroom of the master fell short. Smallin size. Not proportional to its adjoining bedroom.The neighbor's house is too close to the house.

some constructive criticism for whoever does the cinematography please turn the camera on the specific thing the host or julia is talking about in the moment ie the 'doorway' we couldnt even see. while i dont necessarily mind looking at the host, your main subject is the house so best not to leave these things to the viewers imagination. i noticed this in most videos and its baffling noone has pointed this out yet.

I passed by this house yesterday. It has nice curb appeal compared to the usual tropical moderne chopseuy ugly glass and vertical slat disease infesting modern builds today. The major flaw is the lack of space on the side, hence the lack of privacy with the house on the right. You can see/hear your neighbors and they can see/hear you.

That $6 million plus aud house value may go a long way in Australia; house prices in the Philippines are totally crazy; you can purchase amansion with hectare/acre of land for a million or two here, so why settle in the Philippines when you'll be stuck in traffic when you leave ur house. Not worth investing in the phils

The staircase is gorgeous, but would be better if instead of light wood for the steps, black wood tiles or something black are more fitting with the color scheme.

I absolutely love the facade of this house and was so excited for the full tour! Sadly, I feel quite disappointed. The rooms are way too small, and one of them doesn’t even have built-in cabinets! The rooms that do have cabinets are open, which means moisture from the shower and splashes from the sink could easily get onto the shelves. It feels like they forced it to fit six bedrooms. The kitchen is tiny, and I couldn’t find a storage room, the laundry area or even a driver’s room. What a letdown! Who to blame? Architect? Project Owner?
