Ferdi, The checker pattern outside did my head in. it looks garish AF and those Roman Pillars, this ain't it. i could never understand the need for busy design patterns for bathroom tiles. Like if something is leaking on the walls you can't spot it because its all covered in some bizarre design. We really need african minimalism in our designs .

Hi Chimex ! Really enjoyed your today's video as you're in my neighbourhood 😄 3 years ago, I started to notice that Bonaberi is really booming (so are the rents) and you're confirming my thoughts. For the places you showed, in my opinion, that first place in Ndobo is the best option. Even if traffic is crazy there on Fridays and Sundays, the price is fair when taking into account the level of comfort and the quietness of the area. Good luck with your house hunting 😉

real estate in Cameroon has a long way to go if bonaberi was raised as a boy before movin abroad is the lekki of Douala , I have visited Lagos many times , east legion area in Accra, kumasi , Abidjan platou, Dakar and the outskirts like 30 minute from the airport the is a new city been erected with a massive football stadium, not to mention luanda because is on another level, our real estate development and roads networks is behind apart from the drone shot of the wouri bridge that's beautiful sorry folks

Real estate in Douala or Cameroon has a big problem, people just build anything to make money on rentals. No knowledge on what people want. If they manage to furnish what’s considered “house or apartment “ they demand hundreds of thousands as rent. We dong suffer. Douala..Let me finish my farm project. I’m coming.
