Make sure you double check on the legalities of operating a business out of your home in a new area. I moved across the country (USA), only ti find out my new state will make life a huge hassle for me with working out of my home. My goal is to have a seperate space anyway, so....motivation to get going on that, I guess. Those homes were lovely!

Wow!!!……great presentation……really appreciated the comment about “ moving”……that being “having many movable parts”…….I agree very valuable for others to hear and see some of those “moving part” in action……it is EXPENSIVE to move besides playing on going games with your mind and temperament……and remembering to be gracious and kind along the way…..
