I am sure this condo building is East Village.Correct me if I am wrong.I left Calgary 2 and a half months back. I used to live in the Downtown near West Kerby.I used to go for a walk to the riverside and this building would come on the way.I used to take left from this building. Used to see that Benevity building. Now this place will become too much happening and bustling as Stampede season is coming. Saddledome is behind your condo.😊You can enjoy from your patio.

Automotive technician is not one of 10 prioritized trade occupations announced by IRCC in 2023. It does not qualify for Trade category Express Entry draws. If you study it, your only hope is PNP for PR. Since PNP is different in each province, you should look for a province with easier PNP stream in your occupation.
