6 grand to rent and not own wth!!!! Come rent my Highrise in downtown 5500/month and u get luxury the harbor gym spa little Italy Retsurants pool banquet hall concierge that will park your car bring your groceries up etc. etc. rent is money that goes pooooof gone no more. Invest and buy young blood

Think about it this way- if I rent a place for $5k-$10k a month and I get connections that can make me millions, is it worth it? You meet one person that can change your perspective and your beliefs. Life is a game, you just need to play it correctly.
