Also… so so so sorry to hear that you didn’t get to keep the cats. That is so sad 😭 I would be devastated. I honestly don’t think I could ever get a pet with someone… even in past relationships I’ve always gotten my own pets with no input from the other person, bc… no way am I ever going to part with my cats. Boyfriend always goes before the cats go 😂

I just wrote if you noticed the brown paint on the floor that led to the wood floors and then you said it. I am wondering if where that marble started if that was a different addition because it seems like old homes do that a lot of times or you just have someone that has no freaking clue what they’re doing. Also a good tip is to always drive by your potential home at night, if it’s going to be a bad neighborhood you will see it at night. And if you are living alone a cat is a nice idea, (i’m not sure if that’s your dog or his because of course a dog is even a better idea I just know you like to go places and not sure if you have someone to watch the dog there) I could not stand the silence and every noise would make me nervous so I got a kitten and then I blamed it on her every time I heard anything, was that dumb or brilliant we’ll never know. If you were unsure of square footage especially in old homes I would’ve had my realtor recheck it if you wanted to buy it because they may be including things they should not be including, not all realtors have 100% upstairs if you know what I mean.
