@@saberserpent1134the Ironborn don’t typically let women fight, Asha (Yara in the show) was just an exception because Balon had lost all his sons (he basically considered Theon lost as well since he was sent to Winterfell and raised by the Starks). Braavos isn’t even a part of Westeros, it’s a city in Essos so they have nothing to do with this civil war, the Iron Bank has reason to get involved but they’re an independent organization and not part of the Braavosi government. When they decide to involve themselves in wars, they do so by proxy, hiring sell swords to fight for them or funding enemies of those who owe them debts. Also I don’t remember anything about Braavosi sending women to fight and most northerner typically don’t let their women fight either unless they have to. Bear Island is a bit of an exception since they’ve been historically attacked by Ironborn and Wildlings almost constantly throughout their history and all their people have to be ready to defend themselves during such invasions.

@lukebarroso449 greetings to you as well. That is a really hard question for me because one of the things I really love about asoiaf is how many minor houses have a lot of history. I couldn't give you a specific order, but I love House Blackfyre so much many of my other favorite houses are simply ones that supported them, and some are the usual major Houses, my most random favorite house I could give you is House Beesbury.

House Blackfyre and Targaryen are always in the top spots, but a house i would say has always been cool to me would probably be Royce if that counts, if not then maybe house Seaworth. Tough for me to remember which houses qualify as minor houses.
