ONE of the best pipe bands to ever grace gods earth and this set is well put together . the drum corps in my opinion are the best in the world alongside boghall and bathgate. both top quality drum corps cant wait to hear some new material.

I have seen a lot of drum corps, especially SFU, because I live in the Northwest of the U.S., and I must admit that this tenor line is the most visually enjoyable to watch. The style used is incredible and well thought out to the written tonal tenors. I could watch this band all day long. Its nice to see a band that "shows" the performance as well as "plays" it. Very well done.

It is nearly comparable to the 2007 Medley! Some of the musical elements you find in the 2007 medley also. Great performance! Great band!

When I am playing solos I use a blackwood strathmore chanter with an apps reed as close to 473 as possible. Our grade 3 band uses McCallum chanters with ross reeds at about 475

I do have quite a bit of tape on it. I like the pitch lower for solos. Esp. for piob. If the high g is to sharp it is just terrible.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a copy of the video? I want the actual video, not just the segment only here on myspace.
