Ben Schwartz, Lauren Lapkus and Eugene Cordero are particularly good. +Tony Knight Take some classes for sure. I'm not even in showbiz, but I'm a huge nerd fan for Improv. There's improv schools all over the place, and the skills you learn in improv are VERY useful in acting, writing and performing. Even if you're not the best at it, you'll learn a lot if you take some classes. Everybody finds it hard at the beginning but being able to do some improv will make all the other acting you do a lot easier. I seriously couldn't recommend it enough.
