Never forget that Otto pushed Viserys to make Rhaenyra his heir because of his problems with Daemon. Just think what would have happened if Otto had left things alone in terms of the succession, but still promoted Alicent to marry Viserys. Aegon would have automatically been made the crown prince without any of the disputes happening between all the different interested parties.

That's not how it works. A Dragon is not some TITLE or LAND that will pass on to the daughter. Example: CARAXES was AEMON TARGARYENs (Dad of RHAENYS & Uncle of King Viserys) Dragon. Rhaenyra really does get a pass for everything. In a way the normies thoughts towards Rhaenyra and Daemon actually mirror that of the King. I mean...Rhaena and Baela accused Aemond of stealing Vhagar and attacked him first. So... And if anything Vhagar was a Targaeryen dragon to begin with; Aemond had more right to her then Baela/Rhaena did. So if he stole her then so did their mother and he simply stole her back. Surprised their was no reaction on Rhaenrya suggesting torturing the kid maimed by her son for more information. People may say Otto was a twat for pitting Alicent against Rhaenyra, but he was 100% right in what he said way back when. Rhaenyra would kill Alicent's sons eventually.

I'm still Team Black. Alicent and Otto are the ones pushing for war. Viserys chose Rhaenyra as his heir and Rhaenyra attempted to enter a marriage alliance with the Greens. In spite of that, the Greens have still pushed for conflict. Rhaenyra hadn't done that much wrong up until this point. Alicent is just jealous and bitter because of her situation. But she is no longer a victim. She is now in a position of power and attempting to use that position of power to hurt others.

@@RandomGuy-wr7je There really isn't. She is the heir. Her father is the king. They get to decide who succeeds them. Otto, Alicent, and Aegon are not hurt by one of the Velaryon boys succeeding them. Even if they were disinhereted, Aegon III and Viserys II are still ahead of Aegon II in the line of succession.

@@datguy3581 Aegon II is rightful heir which supported Andal laws and Council of 101. Viserys named Rhanerya heir when she was the only child. When Aegon was born, he is the heir. It was Viserys who didn't clarify the situation to everyone. Rhanerya putting three bastards as heir is highest of treasons which will end up in war. Rhanerya declared war by forming alliance and trying to block trade to King's Landing. There is a reason why her own son never seen her as the rightful heir.

He was rejecting her order of stabing lucerys in the eye lmao. Hating on him for no reason in this episode. Ik it's your job to react but please at least listen and comprehend what the characters are saying. Maybe be a disadvantage of having such a large roster that everyone talks over each other and miss what the show is actually saying lmao.
