He was out there when the rat catcher first got hung the other guy with the sick daughter who looks like a Targaryen is the guy who agon said he would give money to him because he was a part of the small folk and corlys has two sons one with dreads and one baldheaded

I'm all for slowing down but this ep was way too slow. I started with GoT so I've no problem with heavy dialogue but HoTD this season not been as compelling as S1 (which was also dialogue heavy). I didn't really feel the emotional impact of them losing Rhaenys (one of my favs), would've been nice to see Corlys vs Rhaenyra and maybe him questioning if he wants to continue. I also think, overall things are not being revealed/ discussed in an interesting way. It should have been half the ep mourning/ fall out from last week, then they should've had the ending scene be in the middle so they could start seeking out the riders in this ep. Overall I feel like there's been a bit too many filler moments this season...

I think we can see the writer strikes effect this season. Yes, everything had already been written, but no editing could be done, no rewritting of anything. I really hope the quality of season 1 returns in season 3.

SO SORRY I MISSED THE LIVE. I think Alice Rivers is drugging Damon. The woman he was having sex with was Raynera mother, I think his visions are all the things he is gelling guilty for doing or thinking about doing! So did Damon sleep with his brothers wife? Could he be Raneras father? This is just my guess. But whoooooa!

i thought that during that scene he was having sex with his own mother, during the scene she says "if only you were born first." and "you were always my favorite son" so even more creepy than him having sex with Rhaenyra's mom!

LOL no. It was Daemon‘d own mother who died when he was 3. She called him „my favourite son“. Harrenhal is cursed and haunted that‘s why Daemon is having visions.
