I don’t think Viserys was boring. They say Viserys is weak, but I think he was a kind man and a good man and it’s a shame people equate that with weakness. I think he was a people pleaser, and maybe that doesn’t make for the best king but it’s better than a king that doesn’t ever please anyone at all but himself. I don’t think Daemon wants the throne, he wanted the privilege of being the heir. That made him feel important, he’s a second son. Without that title, he didn’t have a whole lot. Daemon was the heir for 10 years and he didn’t want to give it up. Who would?
