For what Van said around 16:15, the show definitely does skew more in the blacks direction although I personally don’t think it’s a problem. The book seems to skew much more in the greens direction if anything although a lot of the negative portrayal of Rhaenyra seems like it could be due to the unreliable narrator aspect. I think this season the show will make an attempt to balance out the feeling that there’s definitively a good and bad side and the end of the first episode is already a step in that direction

"She is telling the truth" is wack as fuck. That scene is not about truth and lies. It is about difficult choices and aftermat. Imagine the Red wedding getting butchered and made about Killing Rob and not about Arya witnessing the crime and escaping.
