HOUSE PRICES IN Port Saint Lucie, FLORIDA

Although I have nine months remaining on my apartment lease, being pro-active in searching for a future home is imperative. In this video we travel from the Hollywood/ Fort Lauderdale area one hundred miles north to Port Saint Lucie to take a look at neighborhoods and homes for sale (Exterior Only). When compared to home prices and square footage in metropolitan areas like Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Port Saint Lucie wins hands down. In my opinion Port Saint Lucie would be ideal for those who are retired or nearing retirement as jobs are not as plentiful in this little city like those in the bigger cities.
