Hi Simon, I was wondering if its worth coming to a PIN meeting. I have just truned 20, I love the idea of investing in property however i have zero experience and limited knowledge. I have listened to a large amount of your podcasts and began looking into going to a meeting. Are they suitable for people with no experience? Thanks

Absolutely! The pin meetings are a way for everybody to connect, whether you have 0 knowledge or are already in the property game. The majority of the people who attend were in your position once and it is always that first step that is the hardest. Let me know if you have any questions, or if there is anything I could assist you on :)

you assume asset prices will always increase . we are in a world of the destruction of wealth , high interest , high inflation , biggest thing is technology will displace 1/3rd of working people . what is property worth when we will have highest unemployment rate this decade in history . property is over

Property will always be worth something. The market is complex and a lot of things contribute to price inc/dec. With that being said property will always be the safest investment somebody can make.
