For the toilet ring get a pumice stone . Sand paper is a no it will remove the glaze. I use CLR let it sit and then use the pumice stone.

Hi Ana my name is Kelly and I watch your remodel videos often. I can only guess that by now you've heard from at least a dozen people on how to clean calcified stained toilet (porcelain bowl). The secret is using a pumice stone (everyone knows that). You can get one at Lowe's, Hm. Depot or any hardware store. Also Ana, when you aren't quite sure how to tackle any home project, repair or task, just You Tube it. In the YT search bar type in your question, like 'how to clean toilet stains" or "dishwasher not draining water" or "how to patch sheet rock" or "how to replace a window screen" ANYTHING, JUST YOU TUBE IT! You'll find at least 20 people who'll offer detailed advice on how to do exactly what you need to do, from fixing a leaking angle stop, replacing a window, replacing a dead bolt, replacing a refrigerator gasket or cleaning stains from a toilet or how to replace a toilet. Also Ana, try to learn the actual names of 'things' like angle stops, supply lines, cover plates, burner coils, back splash, vanities, P-trap among a few. Hey Ana Something that is very different from the states. In the states you don’t shop and pick up supplies, it’s the contractors responsibility. Every time we have to shop for the contractors here I have to take three deep breaths ! Paradise Tile has a nice collection of tile, they are across from the Mayaguez mall. Also I see you shop at many of the places I do !

Can you make a video about how much you pay for certain jobs with a contractor? Like what’s the cost of labor per day or per project? I have so many jobs I need done but it seems like the quotes I get are sky high for certain things! Like $4700 to pressure wash a house or 7500 to install septic. Maybe these prices are normal but would love to here price points you experienced for different types of projects ❤

Home depot sells asbestos testing strips. Best thing to do is to open credit account with any hardware store you get more of a discount and can be tax-deductible in some cases.

Toilet bowl stain is from hard water. Spray vinegar on it and wait one hour. It will easily wipe off.

Home Depot, Walmart and/or the hardware stores should sell a pumice stick that will take the water ring off in the toilet. It’s about $5 and will not scratch the porcelain. I’ve used it on all my toilets. After removing the ring, maintenance is a must. Good luck.

Yes. I purchased them at the big stores. Maybe the small hardwares have them. They are in the cleaning sections or paint dept. They aren’t big either. The cost is usually around $6.

You are better off if you pressure wash the Hse outside, prime and then paint. It will look better and will last longer! Good Luck
