Thank you for sharing this video and information. My husband recently inherited a property (possibly more) from his Mother and we are coming to PR in late February 2024 to begin renovating the home. The utilities have been a mystery so thanks for naming them (can you share the name of the gas company?). Also appreciated knowing local hardware stores can save you money $ versus Home Depot. Thank you very much for this informative video. My dad gas a property in Patillas but it has been abandoned for a very long time. He is currently residing in Hato Rey. When he went to CRIM they could not find any properties under his name. Do you think he should go to a different CRIM?

I really don't know because my house was inherited, but I think if they are selling it, then it's easy. Im not sure how you would go about trying to buy something that is gonna be owing a lot of taxes and don't know who the owner is.
