It’s such a great example of what we call, “good bones,” in the USA. I could just picture a beautiful courtyard/entry where you entered ….. and a “secret garden,” through that archway! If I were 30 years younger, it would be on my short list. Thank you, Rosina and Mila; I LOVE your content!

This house has a lot of potential. The View & terraces are amazing! 💙 Having the separate building with an apartment is a great feature to have someone else paying rent to help pay your monthly bills. Great filming & dialog.

OH MY GOODNESS!! That is a beautiful property. Oh my goodness, you can see the potential the rooms the Big bedrooms are so nice. Like a romantic vibe . Nice! The whole place is romantic 😃 The garden, the other Stone House is absolutely adorable. Oh my, if I had the money which I don't have I don't even have $14,000😅😢 This is a gem a total gem. Thank you, Romina and Mila 😃✌️ btw since you would be owning both of those buildings, The first thing that pops in my mind is a pool. Oh yes a pool. Hopefully you could get a permit
