Alam kong di yan binabaha kasi ang dami ko natirahang subdividion na hindi binabaha, nalaman ko kasi na hindi magiinvest ang mga investors sa properties na binabaha kaya may research muna sila bago gawing subdividion

Ko and nang patirahan ko sa kakilala ko.. akala nya binili... siniraan yung lugar... Also, if yang research na yan is true.. bakit bumabaha sa buong subd. Namin... hindi tinaas ng developer ang area kahit katabi ay creek...bukod sa checking ng reputation ng developer... the buyer should also do his own diligence because even though true that the investorof project will not invest if they did not made proj. study... itwill be the buyer who will ve the last touch and money nila ang maiipit if bad ang decision nila...

However, it would have been nicer if the presentation was done in one take where the camera man follows the presenter wherever she goes without much cuts. nice color palette and the house as a whole, however, this one is not elderly friendly but rather suits a relatively young family. i can put the elderly on the 1st floor bedroom but they would not be able to enjoy the living and the dining areas which would make them isolated downstairs. like i said, i love the color scheme (gray and black for life) but not for a family who has or might have an elderly staying with them.

Sayang ang spaces . Sa ground floor andaming rooms which is unnecessary . May partition pa yung stairs na hindi rin naman kailangan .
