If you have your own lot..you can build a beautiful 10million house.....our house in Alabang before is only worth 11million.....but now I am astonish to learn that many of our neighbors selling their refurbish houses after living for quite sometime for a price 5x to 10x of its original price...never buy a pre owned house and better build your own house

@@ManMan-sj7py for me po, its a good prize even though nasa province and worth million pesos. the lot at nuvali is literally expensive, parang manila lang, in my knowledge the per sqm lot is worth 26k up.. so i think, the good finishes, and quality materials are screaming the word worth it to buy.
